Our perspective

A promising mineral base. Processing capability still to qualify.

Graphite, nickel/cobalt, ilmenite and zircon provide a relevant base. Their availability does not yet mean they meet CSPG, cathode-precursor, electronic TiOx or battery-grade Zr/La precursor specifications.

Kayphas therefore begins with qualified materials and partners, then aims to progressively transfer justified skills and operations to Madagascar.

Kayphas intends to contribute to Madagascar’s industrial development through local value creation, skills development, traceability and international partnerships. This approach may converge with long-term industrialization and economic sovereignty objectives, without claiming alignment with a specific public policy, a government mandate, state support or any institutional relationship that has not been formally established.
