This policy describes data processing during Kayphas’ pre-incorporation phase.
The kayphas.com website primarily provides information and a contact form. This policy is informational and will be reviewed with legal counsel upon incorporation.
1. Current controller
As Kayphas is in the pre-incorporation phase, the founder handles inquiries received through the site. For any data-related question or request: contact@kayphas.com. This policy will be updated after incorporation.
2. Data collected
The form may collect first name, last name, organization, email address, optional phone number, subject and message. The hosting provider and form service may also process technical data required for security and transmission.
3. Purposes
Data is used only to respond to inquiries, assess a collaboration and follow up on discussions. Kayphas does not sell it or use it for behavioral advertising.
4. Providers and transfers
The form uses Web3Forms and hCaptcha. Data may be processed outside your country. Before submitting the form, avoid confidential or sensitive information.
5. Retention
Inquiries are retained for as long as reasonably required for follow-up, then deleted or archived according to applicable obligations. A maximum indicative period of three years after the last exchange is intended, unless otherwise required.
6. Your requests
You may request access, correction or deletion of data you submitted, subject to applicable obligations, by emailing contact@kayphas.com.
7. Security and changes
Kayphas applies measures proportionate to the venture’s stage, but no Internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. This policy may change when the legal structure, providers or uses change.
